What You’ll Do

πŸ‘₯ Lead the Team
Train, develop, and supervise front-of-house staff including servers, bartenders, food runners, and hosts
Open and close outlets, ensuring they’re guest-ready
Maintain a positive, productive, service-driven team culture
Distribute end-of-day reports and communicate key updates

🍷 Deliver Outstanding Service
Provide warm, timely service in accordance with club standards
Greet members and guests, guide them through the menu, and offer expert recommendations
Oversee timing of service, course transitions, and wine or dessert presentations
Handle all member billing, special requests, and feedback with care and professionalism

🧠 Be the Expert
Have strong menu, wine, beer, and spirit knowledge
Be confident in tableside wine service and club-specific steps of service
Know how to resolve member concerns quickly and effectively

🧼 Uphold Safety & Cleanliness
Ensure cleanliness in all F&B areas
Oversee safe alcohol service and compliance with health codes
Lead by example when it comes to sanitation and safety protocols

Support your fellow managers with special projects or daily tasks as assigned

Qualifications

What Makes You a Great Fit

βœ”οΈ 2+ years of food & beverage experience (preferred)
βœ”οΈ 1+ year of supervisory experience (preferred)
βœ”οΈ Food safety certification
βœ”οΈ Alcohol service certification (preferred)
βœ”οΈ High school diploma or GED
βœ”οΈ Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
